1Definitions & Scope of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and rm888 ("Platform", "We", "rm888"). 2rm888 Member Eligibility

3.3 Account Security

• Rm888 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for deposits exceeding a specified amount, as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

5Winnings Withdrawal

Rm888 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary hassle. Below are the withdrawal terms and procedures at rm888.

5.1 Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request
• Maximum withdrawal: RM 50,000 per day (limit may be increased for VIP members)
• Processing time: 15 minutes to 1 hour for standard withdrawals; up to 24 hours for withdrawals requiring additional verification

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus received by a Member must be "wagered" (staked) a specified number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Different wagering requirements may apply depending on the type of bonus:

7Game Rules & Member Conduct

7.1 Acceptable Conduct

• Play fairly and treat other players and dealers at the Live Casino tables with respect.

• Report any bugs or system vulnerabilities discovered to rm888 support immediately.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

• The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any non-human method to play or interact with the rm888 platform.

• Collusion between two or more Members to manipulate the gaming system.
• Use of profanity, threats, or inappropriate behaviour in the Live Casino table chat.

Violations of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8Responsible Gaming

9Bans, Suspensions & Account Closures

• Use of bots, automated software, or any other form of cheating.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses or promotions in an unauthorised manner.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

• Serious breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

In cases of account closure not involving any breach, rm888 will return the real money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the Member's registered payment account within 5 business days of the closure request being received.

Members also have the right to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting rm888 customer support. All voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours.

10Data Protection & Privacy

Rm888 is committed to protecting the personal information of all Members in accordance with strict data protection standards. All personal data collected by rm888 is processed in line with the rm888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Personal data collected includes name, email address, phone number, IP address, and financial transaction information. This data is used for account verification, payment processing, fraud detection, and platform service improvement.

Rm888 will not sell, rent, or share Members' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without the Member's consent. Personal data may be shared with payment service providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies where required by law.

11rm888 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, rm888's liability to Members is limited to the actual balance in the Member's account at the time the claim is made. rm888 is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by a Member in connection with the use of the rm888 platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond rm888's control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Losses arising from the Member's own actions, including failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Any losses arising from fraudulent third-party activity that gained access to a Member's account due to the Member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

Rm888 makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes or financial returns from any casino game. All games involve financial risk, and Members bear full responsibility for their decision to play.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Rm888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or an in-account notice at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except in emergency situations where immediate changes may be necessary.

Continued use of the rm888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance before the amendment takes effect.
